Thank you, Tiffany Chu, Bakhtawar, and Christa Lei for creating the beautiful and empowering space that Asian Writers Collective is. I appreciate the opportunity to share some of my long-ago, deeply cherished memories. To say it was a pleasure working with you, Tiffany, would understate just how much of a positive experience it was. And it's been an even deeper healing experience for me than I anticipated. With all my heart, thank you. ❤️
Sorry, my phone app is acting weird and I got kicked off before I finished! I wanted to let you know I appreciate your comment specific to my writing. That means a lot to me. I love the creative process and your feedback encourages me to go keep exploring with my writing. Thank you! ❤️
You have beautiful vision. In a world that's so short-sighted, it's refreshing and inspiring. Thank you. I just read an essay of yours. You have a new fan!
Thank you, Samira! It’s interesting when some say multicultural people don’t know which world they belong to. In some ways we belong to all of them and in others none. Living between worlds becomes its own identity, its own experience, one that is rich and synergistic making it its own work of art. We belong to each other ❤️

Demian, it's a true honour to feature your work here. You are a gifted writer! Thank you for presenting such a beautiful and rich piece. We loved it.
This makes my heart, which has been heavy lately, smile. Thank you for that! ❤️
The way this is written makes me feel like I’m vividly seeing through the eyes of a young child :)
Thank you, Sam! Your kind feedback makes me so happy and greatly encourages me. ❤️
Right? Just magical!
I really enjoyed this. So soft and bittersweet that it feels harsh.
Thank you, Cheshir! I'm glad it touched you. ❤️
A beautiful essay - of two worlds, between worlds and being lost in your own world. It felt like reading poetry.

I really enjoyed reading your essay. It was written so differently. I can pictur it as a Wong Kar Wai film!
